Our Parenting Assessment program evaluates the needs of the child and whether the parent is meeting these needs. To help parents, we set manageable goals and give recommendations that build on their parenting strengths.
We understand the importance of avoiding negative labeling. We work to develop a partnership with the family that provides support without unhelpful labels.
Families thrive when they’re connected to their communities. We work with child care centers, schools, neighborhood centers, faith-based organizations, food shelves, extended family and social service agencies to keep families involved in their communities. The aim is to provide safety for children by decreasing family isolation.
